    Cant get a game included in xbox live


    I have Xbox Live, and have seen WRC rally game that i would like to play,... However, when i proceed to get the game, it says i have to purchase it. It even says in the description ' £49.99 but free with Xbox Live'.

    does the account you are trying to get it with actually have gold or is the gold shared from another account.

    only the subscribed account can get them.

    What happened to my Xbox Live account?

    Game Pass Ultimate includes both Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold, meaning if you cancel Ultimate you cancel everything under it, including Live.

    I suggest contacting support about your subscription and see if you could get a refund for the remainder of your 5 months of Live.

    If that doesn't help the only thing you can do is consider subscribing again.
    how do i get in contact with support ? cant find a phone # to speak to an agent - just the robot chat - and it is useless
