Can't get a disc to engage and now even eject

WTF I have stood by Xbox for years. I almost always have to try to load a disc several times before it engages and takes. Now.... I can't even eject a disc. I recently upgraded my internet to a higher speed, bought blu ray discs and for what???? So I can't
use any of these features. What a steaming pile of crap. Waste of money!!!!!

And yes I've have tried the paper clip thing. Does not work. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!

disc issues

I can't eject a disc even after trying to do it manually with the paperclip.. anything else i can try to get the stuck disc out?

 

Bring it out in the new update !

Bring out the eject disc function with your controller because your *** XBOX ONE EJECT SENSOR is some *** cheap *** chinese junk. Somethimes it works like a charm and most of the time i just can't get it to work even when unplugging the *** console.

 

I think I know what reponed to you. But before I jump the gun here. Are you in beta?

 

Hmmm I am not sure. I bought the Xbox one on around the last week of december. I did just read something about an update to possibly address this issue but that came out a few days ago and I am assuming my machine got it as it is suppose to do the update
on its own. LOL in theory it is.

 

ahhh no i did not sign up for the update preview beta thing.

 

I think the dics drive is dying. Called phone support for get a repaired request. In the US and Canada. The number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
