Can't fully remove HBO Go App from console

My HBO Go app isn't working properly. It is buffering every 3-5 seconds while the network speed is fine, and other apps like Netflix work fine. Unfortunately when i uninstall the app it never full deletes itself. It never gives me a redownload option and
when i reinstall the problem persists and it remembers my account and even the show i was watching. It there no way to actually delete all the data so i can redownload the app?

• Deactivate and Reactivate account on HBO GO app.
• Uninstall and reinstall of HBO GO
• Console hard reset.
• Have tried app on Xbox 360 with no issues.

Sorry you're having issues with HBO GO. There isn't any other way than the standard way to delete an app. You can how ever try to delete your profile using the link below. Your games are saved to the cloud so data loss should be minimal. Just double check
by opening a game and watch it sync. If that doesn't work you can reset your data. Again verify all your saves are backed up. Finally I posted a link to HBO go support. It's for the 360 but it's the same group. They make the app and may be able to tell you
a setting that can improve performance.
