    when i friend someone on xbox.com i get this message

    my privacy settings have been changed but they are same as they were a year ago and i have not had this problem before

    Ah, I see. Unfortunately, you can't add people as a friend if they have an Xbox One and you have an Xbox 360 unless you hop on to Xbox.com and shoot him the friend request that way. can't friend people on xbox.com :)
