Can't format internal memory

After the last update, some of my data became corrupt, not all just data from after update,.like game saves, and whatever I did after update, is all corrupt. And I decided I would just reformat, and It wont, it will not reformat or clear system cash, and
if I delete one by one, all the items I delete, return??? I notice today, that I can't update to the new update.. what is going..

Xbox 360 Internal Memory Unformatted and Corrupted

My Xbox 360's Internal Memory has been corrupted, I don't know how it happened or why it did, but it's corrupted. and now Unfrormatted. I can't format it and reset it cause it gives me the error: "Can't Preform That Action" I can't fix this error and I cannot
move the items from the corrupted internal memory cause i get the same error. Help?

Xbox 360 S 4Gb (Trinity - no hdd, no usb sticks, only internal memory) can't update with two different errors.

445e-0000-3080-0300-d000-0185

445e-0000-3080-0505-8007-045d

It's seems internal memory read-only. I can't format it, deleted files after reboot is still here.

Network connections is ok. Upgrade from usb stick is fail too.

 

Try moving your profile to a formatted USB flash drive, then turn the Xbox off and remove the hard drive.

Turn it back on, and you should be prompted to download once you connect to XBL...

Before turning the xbox off, it actually look like the memory was empty, and transferred to the usb, so it all looked good. But I turn off the xbox waited about a 1min, turn it back on without the usb, and The memory was there again, nothing change, and
the profile and games save everything I transferred over was all back in the original spot..

This is strange my memory keeps say 1.2bg even if I go and delete one at a time, and go back 2 seconds later, and it's there again.. PLEASE help!!

 

Another weird this is when I tried to format, it never ask me for the serial #? I thought its has to do this, it does act like it's formatting but when it's done, nothing was formatted?

 

Having the same Issue was anything figured out about this?
