Can't Fix Strict NAT type on Xbox One

    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to change my NAT from strict to open. I've tried several things and am unsure of what to do next because my Xbox One still has a NAT type of Strict.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Missouri, USA

    Modem brand & model number:
I plug my router directly into the wall of the apartment complex I live in. Internet is a provided amenity.

Router brand & model number: Linksys EA3500 N750 (Smart Wifi is also in use)

    Wired or wireless: Wired

Things you have tried: I tried port forwarding (single and range), port triggering, and DMZ. Single port forwarding on my router caused all of my devices (XB1, PC, iPad, etc.) to appear with an internet connection, but
unable to use the internet/load webpages when I set up the list of required ports for Xbox Live from this website.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT
    type? Strict

Any Error Codes you encounter: Nope

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service
    Provider
    ): Mediacom

Hopefully some networking gurus out there have some answers. They would be appreciated!!

    :)

Dedicated servers? Then why the lag and connection advantages?

Things like crappy hardware and strict NAT types are a person's own problem. Server can't fix a shit connection.
