Cant fit my usb drive into the Xbox 360

I am not sure about those 4 pins at all to be honest. I do know normal usb devices CAN fit into the 360 as I use my USB thumb drive all the time. I currently use the original 360.

Was there perhaps another piece that connected to that slot that came with the flight stick?

 

If it doesn't fit there is nothing you can do. You will need to find another USB to use. I don't know what you think that we can do for this in the forums.
