    What happens when you try to launch the Offline System Update? Are you getting any type of error code, the system just doesn't boot in to it, etc.? We need to have a little more information before we can attempt to help you Can't finish the update :)

    Hello, (sorry for my english)

    I can't update correctly my xbox one. The update is stuck at 10% and i can't reach the dashboard.

    I tried to a clear cache and launch the troubleshoot, but all the manipulations has failed.

    I have contacted the support but all what he said (and i expected that) is the usual process : i'm really soory but you can give us back the xbox to repair (120.-). For a fu.... software problem ?! Really ?!! I used my xbox in all like 30 hours...

    I'm very surprise that my guaranty has expired one month ago :-o

    What's happen now ? Do i use my xbox as a pillow or a lifebuoy ?

    Microsoft do something.

    When it's asks if I want to download the system update, I press Yes. It shows the download and then it says it can't download. I can't finish the update is all.
