    Can't finish multiplayer tests


    Since 48 hours I cant connect to Xbox Live party chat with friends with my XBOX ONE. I restarted the modem, the router and the xbox one and run the tests, it says, "It's all good. Your console is connected to the internet." but when I test the multiplayer
    connection it says "Can't finish multiplayer tests"... My Xbox 360 works fine.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Montreal, Quebec, Canada

    Modem brand & model number: Actiontec Mi424wr

    Router brand & model number: Cisco Linksys E1200

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox one and 1 xbox 360

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wired

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: DMZ is active on the Xbox One IP

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: I have an open NAT type

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Videotron

    its been working the last two days so as long as that keeps up no issues. What happens is when i turn it to manual and change dns servers it says the dns isnt resolving xbox server names

    Hello I've got the same internet and the same issue. I'm glad you posted what you tried. I was about to do the same thing. Unfortunately I believe its something to do with at&t at this point. So I'm guessing we need to call them and figure out a solution.

    Please clarify.

    Is the situation the exact same when you switch the DNS (doesn't work at all?) or are you not able to set it to automatic and add a different one?

    please let me know. (If you are able to reset the DNS to auto then set up the DNS 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1)

    Inhave this same issue. Are u using the att homebase ? Xbox wont allow me to change the dns server did u do it another way been killing me lol

    I’ve already done the port forwarding myself, though given that it’s a pocket wifi, I may have to check with the ISP. Will keep you updated!
