Can’t finish multiplayer tests 0x0000000000000000

So my Network setting is great and my NAT type is open, but my Mutiplayer test can’t finish and when I try to play online multiplayer games I lose my connection mid game and it boots me out of my game saying I have been signed out of xbox live. I’m not sure
what to do. I have reset my xbox multiple times and have done the same to my router.

Sorry for the issue you are having an issue with connecting. Being that you have done a reset and at the set up, can you connect to a hotspot or maybe a friends internet connection to try and get it at least through the set up. Also when doing this any other
error come up then one you posted like may be a hardware issue?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

So I haven't been able to play for a long time due to network, but my network is completely fine, I ran through every test, yet it says I'm connected, on the other hand I can't connect to multiplayer. I reset, signed in and out, I fully shut down, I even
checked if my xbox was up to date. Everything stays the same, When I run test multiplayer it says "can't finish multiplayer tests". it tells me to back up and and try the test again. But my network is fine, what else do I need to do to fix this?

 

Did you ever find an answer to this problem? I have the same issue and cannot find an answer anywhere online.

 

Same here making me want to sell the damn thing. not even their agents are helping this issue.

If the power cycle does not work (unplugging for 30 seconds) please reformat your console keeping games and apps like this: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

This is a common fix for network tests that won't finish and usually lets you go online without a problem afterwards. Most of the time people can't connect at all that have this issue, and the fact you can is odd.

I have the exact same problem and I tried these steps with no success.

 

Have you tried to contact your internet service provider? You can also try to unplug and replug your router.
