Can't finish Multiplayer test. If it still doesn't work there may be a problem with ...

So my console hen I first start it up it says I'm not cinnected to XBL but sometimes out of no where it will connect but my friends won't load up and I can't join parties or play online. It says theres something with my internet. But when I do connection
test it says everything's fine but when I do he multiplayer test it says can't finish multiplayer test and then it says (0x780). I've looked everywhere and no one seems to have an answer to fix this, please help me

Cannot Log In (Jan. 13th, 8am EST)

When I test the connection is gives me no errors.

But when I test the Multiplayer Connection, I get an error.

I literally cannot play anything because I cannot log in to my account. And honestly, keeping my account signed in since I got this console has been a pain...it disconnects my login all the time and no matter how many times kinnect recognizes me ever.

Just tested multiplayer connection again and got "Can't finish multiplayer tests. Back up and try the test again. If it still doesn't work, tehre may be a problem with your network (0x780)

Then it gives me the option of setting up a network.

 

Multiplayer Test

When I run the multiplayer test it comes up with the following error. "Cant's finish multiplayer tests" it suggests the following "Back up and try to test again. If it still doesn't work there may be a problem with your network." I backed it up and still
no change. I then tested the network and it says "It's all good" I then reset my modem and this lead to no change of events.

 

This is also happening to me, it says im connected to the internet, but when i do multiplayer test i get the same error code. And none of my homescreen pins are working, nor my apps like netflix, twitch, youtube, etc.

 

Yes and many other people are having this problem and haven't found a solution

 

this sucks, its been happening the past 24hours, because on thursday and friday i was playing and everything was working, my NAT type: says open

 

this is happening on my xbox one, is this happening to you on your 360?

 

Yeah this is happening on my Xbox, and I was playing fine all day Friday and half of Saturday, cause this is when it first started happening. I contacted Xbox support on Twitter they said unplug you router and disconnect all cords from your Xbox and leave
it like that for about 20mins. I'm about to see if it fixes my problem

Lets try resetting your network by unplugging your console, then your router/modem for a full 5 min. ^
