Can’t find xbox content restrictions

Hello. I am trying to set an app to Always Allow for my son. I have tried the instructions to access xbox 1s content restrictions both on the xbox console and online (family.microsoft.com). I can access my son’s account after signing into my adult account
on family.microsoft.com but I cannot find the link/menu option to navigate to the content restrictions. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick and thoughtful reply, Brad. However, i tried this and it didn’t resolve the problem. I want to allow my son to use an App, and other support articles instruct that there is an “always allow” option after entering the password to give
permission to use the App, as well as an “always allow” option available within the Content Restrictions area of the family.microsoft.com site.

I went under system, then access restrictions and then under content set it so that if you do not use a pass key you are restricted on all content. Now if someone uses the guest sign in or skips sign and they still can’t access anything!

I had the same issue where my son would skip sign in after his time was up.

The way to solve this, go to Signed-out content restrictions, create a guest key, and then this will unlock the “Access to content” setting. Here you say what is allowed when someone skips the sign in.

Set it to Restricted and voil - they can’t access any games whilst signed out

apple is its own publisher and they can restrict content based on regions you will not find all content in all regions
