Cant find where to send direct messeges

My friend was recently told by a moderator to dm him for questions on moderator decisions, seeing as his threads keep geting locked, hes unable to reply asking how to do so. Neither of us have found a way to messege anyone on the fourm, including each other;
and its proving a hard thing to put into words for google. We seek guidence on how to do so.

My friend and I are both having the same issue and in an effort not to break community rules, my friednd asked me to create this question.

We can provide proof we are two separate people, in two separate parts of the country, with two separate microsoft accounts that are not fake in any capacity. We have 3 other firends willing to keep making posts about this until we feel satisfied with the
community support this forum is supposed to provide.

We'd appreciate if this thread was not locked until a solution has been found and confirmed by either me or @DVDisDead.

hello xbox live i wanna know u guys disable me from sending messege to my friends it saying i did something wrong an i didn't can i plz be able to messege my friends to ask to see if i can play with them on warframe i can't even send messege on there either
u disable it all form me why when i anit the one sending bad messege out to people they sending them 2 me. i am the one who shouldn't be disable from sending messege

if you dont understand what i write so im saying again yestrday i got messege from xbox and they say that i won the game and when i closed the messege its disapierd and i cant find it so i dont know what the serial was.....

The xbox messege would send them a messege of they were on xbox saying there banned (idk if it change yet)
