Can't find TV provider

So I was trying to set up one guide on my Xbox One. It says whenever I'm search by postal code that it can't find my TV provider. And it used to give me several options on my other Xbox one. I tried searching again on my main console that I have had working
with one guide and I get the same error.

I have the same issue, I live in Puerto Rico, zip code 00918 and can't find my provider. Help!!!!!

Ottawa same problem, switched to us location and 13669 zip code to watch antenna, no luck on my Canada location

 

I can confirm that switching country to U.S fixes this problem. I looked on the map and found the closest geographical city in the U.S to my location. The zip code I used was 14612 which is Rochester, New York which is actually pretty close to Toronto. This
allows me to use this device. Although the one guide still doesn't fully work but the pause rewind fast forward does indeed work. Hope this helps any who's been as frustrated as me these last few days.

 

How to get xbox / microsoft to notice this error and fix it?

 

Same problem here. Montreal, Quebec.

I contacted Hauppauge and they confirmed the issue.

They said we have to contact Microsoft Canada and Rovi Corp ( *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** )

Why advertise a product and service to Canadians when your software does not work. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out what I connected wrong. I moved the tuner to my PC and turned the XBOX off.

 

It worked two weeks ago, but they messed up their postal codes just like on their website.

I don't know why they don't fix it. It is STILL broken.

 

Same problem here in Vancouver. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

 

Is this going to be down for the long weekend?

Where are the promised updates? Within the last 2 weeks you added a space to the middle of the postal codes and now they all fail. Why can't something so simple be fixed?
