cant find this error code on xbox.com

I was playing Quantum Break and an xbox error popped up saying IO: file read error filedoesnotexist code 1117 and asked me to retry or exit

cant find this error code

So I get this error code 0x90010108, but there is no data for this code. I'm going to research further, but any help is appreciated

 

xbox live not redeeming

it said something went wrong gave me an error code and told me to put it in the xbox.com/errorhelp but everytime i put the error code in it just says sorry we cant find anything

i paid 60$ and its just hanging in the balance cause xbox doesnt want to recoginize my code. fix this

I can't even load into ACT 1 / PART 4

 

Is something corrupted on the files. You can try several things but no sure if is gonna working:

- Remove and re add profile;

- Remove data and let it re sync again;

- Reinstall the game;

If none works best is contacting directly xbox support

Hey guys! Since all these games have separate developmental agencies, sometimes an error code for the actual game your playing will display for their own site. An Xbox live code usually starts with a 0x or it will be an 8 to 16 digit #. Sometimes the problem
is simply an issue with the game itself so its always good to report it directly to the developers support page so they actually know of the issue. Have a good day!
