    Can't find this error anywhere 0x87b20c08


    Getting an error called: 0x87b20c08

    I have gotten this multiple times before with no luck when I search the forums for it. Basically when I'm watching a video streaming service, (doesnt matter if its amazon prime, hulu, or netflix) and I try to go home it just wont. This error pops up everytime
    I try to go home. Whether I use a different video service and whether I try to go home via controller or voice control doesn't seem to matter. Hoping someone knows what the heck this is..

    Nothing will load

    Nothing loads on my xbox one. I get error code 0x87b20c08. I can't go home. I can't load a game. I've unplugged and replugged so many times and I'm not getting anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!

    Sorry to hear about the errors popping up after watching streaming services. What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps? Have you tried to do a console refresh? Basically reset your console to factory
    defaults, only Keep your Games and Apps.

    Hey there CalmStudent8890,

    Are you still running into issues with your console? Have you tried a hard
    reboot of the console     to see if those steps help? If that doesn't help, you might try

    resetting your console to defaults    , you'd be able to use the option to keep games and apps, but it might help with what you're seeing. Let us know how those things go!
