Can't find the shipping label for my device repair?

Sorry to hear you are having problems. First, check your junk mail folder to ensure it hasnt accidentally fallen into there. If you have no joy with that I recommend you visit https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/help-with-existing-service-order and
click the contact us button to get in touch with a member of Xbox Support to see if they can re-send the label to you.

when your device is accepted for repair you'll be sent a shipping label

We understand that you would like to receive the shipping label for the Xbox device repair. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Please check the following steps or proceed to contact support instead. To get your shipping label, follow these steps:

1. Go to Device Services and sign in.
   
2. Select the device associated with your service request.
   
3. Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page.
   
4. Select Get Shipping Label.
   

That’s all you have to do. There will be an email sent to you regarding the shipping label to the email address associated with your Microsoft account.

Note If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.

However, to make it easier for you. You may also contact Xbox Support.

Hope that helps! We would suggest for you to contact them for they have advance tool to send you your shipping label via email.

Please go to
https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation and check in which country your account is. If your country says USA, then the easiest option would be as EXLEX describes to create a new free Microsoft Account with your German postal address.

Then either register your console on that German account, and try to create a service request via that account, or sign into that newly created German account and contact the German support via Chat or Phone at

Kann es sein das nicht nur die Email Adi amerikanisch ist sondern der ganze Account ?

In dem Fall würde ich dir empfehlen noch einen deutschen Silber Account zu erstellen und darüber dann den Support Rückruf anzufordern.

Das deine Konsole auf einem anderen Account registriert ist, kannst du dann ja dem Support erklären.
