    Can't find the games which i purchased in the past in the store.


    I bought Xbox one back in the release day, i have bought COD:ghosts, Dead rising 3, Titanfall, Ryse: son of rome and Fifa 14.

    I made a mistake and sold the console after a short time but i glad to say i bought a new one and im happy about it.

    Now i just finished setting up my new Xbox one and i cant seem to find all the games i have purchased in the past in the store.

    I can see only Titanfall and Ryse son of rome.

    What can i do ?

    Hello! So have you done as this link says and scroll to the right and see If they say the games are 'Ready to Download'

    support.xbox.com/.../locate-downloaded-content

    If you can't find them on the console, can you see them on your commerce page:
    commerce.microsoft.com

    I would say if you can't find them on the console, but the commerce page, you might want to give phone support a buzz as something funny might be going on.

    Can't find purchased game in Microsoft Store purchase history.

    We totally understand that you want to locate your purchase and install the game. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here manually since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some effective troubleshooting steps here that could fix the issue.

    To locate your purchase history, please follow these steps:



    1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase.

    2. Click on "Payment & billing" and then "Order history".

    3. Locate the order for Age of Empires II (#4574855453) and click on it.

    4. You should see a "Download" button or a link to download the game.



    If you're still having trouble finding the game, please let me know and I'll do my best to assist you further.

    Hitman 2 Missing Upgrade Pack

    I thought the upgrade purchase was in the game, and it would take you to the store listing, but that it wasn't in the store outright (to avoid users purchasing the upgrade instead of the full title). I could be wrong, but check in the game for the option
    and it should go to the store listing. Let us know if you can't find it in there, and we'll see what else we can find.

    I'm trying to purchase in game through the Marketplace as the deals seem to be a bit better, with more options.

    I will buy them in the Microsoft Store if needed but it will bug me if I can't find out why this is happening!!!

    Also, I can't be 100% sure that if I purchase in the store they will appear for me in Minecraft, what with this issue.
