Can't find the game

    Can't find the game


    got my bundle yesterday with sunset overdrive. Punched in the download code, saw it say installing in my games & apps then it was gone, quickly. Thought it was done but can't find it within my games & apps or anyone in the storage. Tryed putting in the
    code again but got the message that I couldn't cause it was already used. This sucks was looking forward to playing this game. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    can't find games

    Hello guys,

    I'm trying to find a game on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer and it often can't find any or takes too long. After a little reserch I've found that the problem is that my NAT TYPE is set to Moderate and should be changed to Open.

    my question is: Is that the problem, and if it is - how do I solve it?

    Check the store, you may be able to pin the game to home and/or launch it from the store page as a work around.

    Can't find the game

    after waiting my entire Saturday for this crap to download, I thought I could finally play it, but nooooooo. when I click on it, it tells me to insert the disk, which I obviously don't have cause its a digital frickin download. I now own 4 games that ive
    bought in the last two weeks that don't effing work!!!! assasins creed, far cry 4, the pitiful master chief collection, and now this. Microsoft needs to get their *** together quickly. the consumers need to rise up and speak out. this is disgusting way to
    do buissness

    Yeah,free games like Star Trek Online,Neverwinter,World of Tanks etc. are the best way to improve your rep.

    They are all mmo's so you will be playing on the same servers as other people but just not matchmaking.

    It's not showing up in you're purchase history, are you completely sure you bought it with the Microsoft account you're now using on your Xbox? Have you played it before, maby you really did buy the DLC back then? For everything you buy in the store you
    should also have an transaction e-mail. If you still have that you could contact support and show them the transaction e-mail.
