Can’t find the game after Redeemed it thru Xbox app.

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

When redeeming content always make sure you're signed into the correct account on all devices.

(make sure it didn't get redeemed to the wrong account)

Try checking your
Order History on your account (the one on the console) and make sure it was redeemed to that account.

If the content was redeemed to the wrong account, then try to set your other account as the

Home Console.

(unfortunately, codes cannot be removed from one account to another)

I redeemed it on his Xbox. Currently in the Full Library and Owned Games but can’t see anything there other than the Fortnite and Roblox apps

The Microsoft rewards app is not available in all countries, if you installed the app before, you can reinstall it by:

A. Opening the Microsoft store and searching for the app there.

B. Go to my apps and games > full library > owned apps.
