    I cannot find the points, please help, when I added the code into the xbox it said it had been redeemed

    Unable to use redeemed voucher

    Hi,

    I redeemed a voucher I got for my xbox 360 and it went into my Microsoft account, but I can't add it to my payment options. I can only use my credit card to pay, so my voucher sits there, untouched and inaccessible. Please help can't find redeemed voucher on my xbox one :)

    I think you should get a voucher with code. Then go to redeem code on your xbox and type in code that you found on voucher.
