    Can't find redeemed VBucks anywhere


    My son received three vbucks gift cards for his birthday. He plays fortnite on the xbox. He redeemed all three using my desktop and each time it produced a code he then entered into the microsoft site. I was already logged in so it applied it to my account with my email instead of his account with his email (which is connected to our family account). Now, the redeemed Vbucks are not showing up anywhere! Help! This is way harder than it needs to be. Thanks.

    Thanks, Francia! I do see them redeemed under my microsoft account. Will my son be able to log onto xbox with my microsoft account and then log into his fortnite account from there to use?

    Hi LaurieCoplin, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that an in-game currency code will be automatically added to the account where it was redeemed which means that even if the code is redeemed under the organizer account on a family group, the v-bucks will stay on your account and can be used under yours only.

    You're very welcome and he can use your account with your permission of course but in regards to the epic game/fortnite account, you'll have your own.
