    Can’t find redeemed game in my games


    Purchased forsaken horizon 4 on amazon. Got the email and redeemed the code on my iPhone. Microsoft account confirms the purchase but I cannot get it on my Xbox . I’ve registered same email account on my Xbox. Have tried putting the redeem code in my Xbox
    but keep getting an error message. Have tried deleting my profile and adding it back. Did not work. Any advice?

    Think ive found it. Searched for fortune island and ir said i own ir and gave me tbe optionbto download onto console do fingers crossed. Thanks

    cant see that it does although cant see on that page where it would. I spoke to microsoft this morning and they confirmed it was purchased and could not think of a reason it was not showing up on my console
