Cant find owned games

Can you confirm if you purchased these games digitally or disc? If they're digital, try to login your account in here and set the filter to "All available" https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the games are listed in there, then you have the license for these games. In the Microsoft Store, is it asking you to buy?

If they are disc games, you won't be able to use your disc in the Xbox Series S because it doesn't have a disc drive. I'm afraid you will have to repurchase them digitally.

Kindly check first if you have a completed status for the transaction on your account's order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed there, please do the steps below to set up remote features on your console, we will try to install the game remotely.

Sign in on your console using the same Xbox profile you’ll be using on your mobile or PC app.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

Check the box to enable remote features.

For Power options, select Sleep mode.

Note If the console isn’t set to Sleep mode, remote features won’t work. This is so installation can start even when you’re not there to turn on the console.

After setting that up, download the Xbox app on your mobile phone, sign in to the account that purchased the game from there, search the game then select "Download to console."

Unfortunately even your order history wont show you the games you have claimed via games with gold.

I keep a spreadsheet of everything I purchase and use a third party site to also keep track of my game collection.

Games disappear from the ready to install when they are delisted or randomly.

Hi there, I know this can be frustrating when trying to see all of your games. It has happen to me a couple of times now. I fixed my issue by performing a hard reset and when I powered my Xbox back up my games were all there in the ready to install section.
I'm not sure if this will fix your issue but its the first step to try and problem solve what's going on.

To perform a Hard Reset you Hold your power button on your Xbox for 8 to 10 seconds or until it turns off. Once the Xbox is off unplug your power pack from the Xbox so it has no power running into it. Leave the power pack unplugged
for 5 to 10 minutes and then plug it back in and start up your Xbox.
