Can't find owned games in the xbox game store

Hey there fellow gamers if you log into your account and forget to capitalize the upper case letters on your email it creates a new email address and account only if you are using Microsoft's email service outlook the only reason i know this is because i tried logging into my account on my brothers console and it was doing the same thing to me and it's was trying get me enter a gamer tag so logged out and back in to find out that i didn't capitalize the first three letters on my email so technically made a new account after logging with the right details all of my games were back and so was my account i hope that this was helpful stay safe gamers

So i have a new problem. The account that i used to purchase the games will not let me pull it up. When I rebooted my game the first time and signed back into my account it gave me a different username and gamer tag but i could still go re download all my games and apps from before from the Microsoft store. The account i had when i brought the game was osnchris9175 but when I rebooted the game it gave me the gamertag . The email I use to signup is pulling up the trsutedseal account instead of the osnchris9175. But that osnchris9175 is still active and i can pull it up in the friends search bar so i know it hasn't been deleted.

Are you sure you're using the correct email?

Lol i tried that and it still took me back to the same account. Thanks for that suggestions. The messed up part is that all my game data is still saved on my console but the games themselves aren't showing up on my list of games. When i click on them in the store it says I have to pay for them again. Since I can't get to my original account im probably just have to buy the games again.

Are you able to login on Xbox.com?
