Cant find out y my sons banned twice in a row !

Hello.. my son was banned july 1st thru 3rd . Which wasnt a huge deal since it a short period. But before his ban could even end on the 3rd i got another email that he's banned again from the 3rd until the 11 th ! I got a case review, and the decision was
upheld . I cant find out what was said and when it was said to cause the ban . If my sons 10 yrs old and i pay his xbox subscription then do i have a right to no ?? And what if the same kid that dont like him keeps complaining about him ? Its not right ,and
would just like all the info please !!

my son was banned for killing another player in a game that was meant to kill other players now he cant talk to or send messages to his friends what do i do .. who do i talk to .. how long will he be banned and how do i find that information out

Per the terms of service you agreed to, the enforcement team is not obligated to give specifics on suspensions/bannings. Any information about the suspension would have been sent to the email attached to the account and can be see on the enforcement site.

 

Double check his email account. Multiple complaints from 1 person count as 1 gripe. Now if you look



at this you tube video. You will see how the banning process goes. Remember some times you are getting a ban for the naughty things you did months ago.

enforcement.xbox.com/home does he have any mic. ? it can happen by trash talk, etc... but you should check it out.
