    Can't find or reinstall Survivor Pack after uninstalling?


    Hi everyone.

    My boyfriend and I pre-ordered the Gold Edition on Xbox one. With this, we got all the item packs installed. However my boyfriend uninstalled *all* instead of just the beta, and now can only install the Hazmat and National Guard packs. No Survivor pack etc.
    He's tried reinstalling the game, but in the store under Bundle Details, we only see those 2 sets. It's the same on my account too.

    Anyone have any idea what to do?

    Thanks in advance. Would really appreciate any help.

    Does the Apocalypse Edition include the "Nick Ramos Survivor Pack"?

    All I could find was that the Apocalypse Edition has a "bonus digital item." I don't think that it's the Survivor Pack.

    The Division DLC dissappeares.

    I had an issue with the Season Pass DLC where one of the of the packs was not showing up in game. Ubisoft support had me uninstall everything and reinstall. Now the following DLCs from the season pass are not showing up in the available to download area
    of the game management screen on the Xbox, for reinstallation.

    Law Enforcement pack

    NY Paramedic Pack

    NY Firefighter Pack

    NY Police Pack

    Hunter Pack

    Survivor Pack

    Please help, and thank you

    The survivor pack was taken down by Ubisoft I think. It may be included when the game releases. I saw it in the store, and the next day it vanished. You're not the only one with this problem!

    I've read(can't find the article) that you're to uninstall, then reinstall, but this time choose to update later. Should install correctly after that.
