    Can't Find older apps after reset


    My XboxOne had a major crash. So I had to do a full reset via USB.

    This meant I lost all my installed apps and games.

    I go back to the Microsoft store through the XBox to look through and re-install the apps I had (mainly movie and cartoon servers)

    But I cannot find them. There is no option to view the older apps. The filter only gives the option of "new" or "popular" apps.

    Any ideas on how to search through all available apps? I know that would be a huge list but that is better than the measly few that I can only see currently. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    I signed in with my profile.

    All apps and games are gone because of a full reset.

    How can I search the app/game store for ALL games and apps available rather than just new/popular releases.

    Hi!

    Make sure to sign in with the profile used to purchase the apps. Then in the section "My games & Apps->Complete collection" you will have the menus related to the games and apps owned.

    I'm also having the same issue, i tried repairing the app, reset the data and in the end uninstalled intending to reinstall.

    However i can now not reinstall the app, i get as far as downloading the installer and clicking install then nothing happens.

    And after searching the net can't find an answer.

    Try resetting your Xbox App but clicking on Settings > Apps and finding Xbox app in the list. From there, click the app and select "Advanced options" on that next page click "Reset". After that try streaming again.

    reloading the app, and trying every troubleshooter and solution I can find, I have come to the conclusion that the problem is with Microsoft, hopefully somebody will get it sorted soon.
