Can't Find my Xbox One S

Discus and support Can't Find my Xbox One S in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can open the Xbox app and login to xbox live just fine.     Can't Find my Xbox One S


    I can open the Xbox app and login to xbox live just fine. However when I try to connect my xbox one s it shows nothing then asks for the ip address. I put the ip address in and it tells me it can not find an xbox with that ip. I have tried all the suggested
    methods to get it to work. I am on the same network, and subnet. I have redone the network settings. I have fully power cycled my xbox and computer. I have reset my router. I have disabled my antivirus and my firewall. Nothing seems to work. Any help
    would be appreciated. Thank you. Can't Find my Xbox One S :)

    How can I find out my xbox one s IP address when I can't connect to my computer?

    I try to use my computer to play on my xbox one s but he doesn't seem to find my xbox so how can I find out my IP address of the xbox when I can't see anything from my xbox?

    Try disabling your firewall and see if it can see it then.
