Cant Find My Save?

So, Recently my xbox ones cd drive broke. I brought it to gamestop to get a new one. Brought it home. Installed Forza. And It didnt sync my save and made me restart. it tried to! but it didnt... I talked to xbox support about it, and the lady said, "Please
note this Service Request number:1254307256" so I dont know. Im not restarting all my games. If i cant get ahold of my saves im selling
this xbox one...

cant find my submersible!

Ive just bought a pier, the one where you can go out in the submersible to recover the nuclear waste.

However, after my first outting I cant find the submarine anywhere? I had dived down to collect some stuff from the bottom, but when I surfaced it was gone.
I returned to the pier and its not there either. I restarted the game and its still not near the pier where I first found it!

Can anyone help?

 

Cant find my Profile.

I just can't find my profile. I tried to play BF3 online (When i still have my profile) but it didn't connect to xboxLive. When i went to dashboard my profile desapeared with all my saved files. When i go to "Download Profile" it says that i can't download
my profile + a code number.

Any help?
