Can't find my redeemed DLC

I bought Tony Haw's Pro Skater 5 and it came with the "Rad Pack" DLC, I was unable to download it because an error (Error code: SVC60016), I confirmed the purchase of the DLC today on my Xbox One using the Kinect and it didn't start downloading. I
went to the game in "My Games and Apps" pressed the "Menu" button and went to "Manage Game" and no DLC was there, there was also nothing in the "Queue" section of "My Games and Apps". I'd like to know what happened, is there a way I can manually start the
download and is there a "purchase history". I should also note that I did try going to the game in the market place but the DLC I got with my game is not listed there. Any help at all would be much appreciated.

I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR card from Xbox one.

I redeemed a Fifa Ultimate Team dlc code on Xbox.com and I can't find it on my Xbox to download.. Can someone help?

Where are the DLC cars that I got from gamestop for preorder? I redeemed the code but can't find the cars?

 

Hey there, Tea! This code might have been a code that simply unlocked the DLC within the game itself. Have you checked in the game to see if the boards and character skin is available in there? Let us know if you can find it in there, and we'll look into
it further if you are unable to find those packs.

 

I just checked and that's not the case, I wasn't able to find none of the boards or the character skin in the game (I checked several skaters, including the one the skin was for). I can't help but think that this wouldn't be an issue if I were able to check
my download/purchase history and re-download it like that, as far as I know, there isn't. Is there anything else I could try?

You can most definately check your purchase history

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Just scroll down a bit, and you'll see your recent purchases. If its not then, then it didn't go through and will need to be purchased again.

If you are still worried, you can also check your recent purchases made on your Microsoft account, which shows the same things, but is linked to your Microsoft account, rather then your xbox live.

The first page you see should show your recent purchases made on your MS account Just be aware that this is your MS account, so if you're making purchases through Windows 10 or anything like that, then they will show as well

Thanks for the update, Tea. That gives me a suspicion that something else is going on. Did you happen to get this pre-order from GAME? I have another user that is running into the same thing, and they bought theirs from GAME.

For redownloading, it's a bit different on the One. You can only redownload it if you have the option to remove it. From what I can tell in your original post, you are unable to see it in Manage Game. It can't be redownloaded until we can get it showing
there.

Would you be willing to send me the token you redeemed to get this pack? I can look into it from there. Even though it's already redeemed, I'd like to make sure that in case it wasn't, no one can snag it. Please send it to me in a private message by clicking
the envelope at the bottom of my post.

If you don't have the token anymore, please let me know that, too!

In response to DENAz666, I know that but there isn't a way I can check my Xbox One Download/purchase history and re-download things like so, where to asked to look has only covered my 360 and Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone history.

In response to Misses Quinzel. Yes, the code was from GAME, I'm somewhat glad it's not just me this has happened to then. You're correct in saying I can't find it when I go to "Manage Game" for Tony Hawk's. Sure I'll private message you the code and hopefully
we can get this whole thing sorted out.

I figured I'd have a look to see if it was all fixed early and it is, I went right to "My Games and Apps", "Manage Game" and found all three things ready to install, I installed them and went on the game and all the DLC was there. Thanks so much for the
