Can't find my purchased game?

I bought and downloaded (installed) a game recently. Everything worked as normal at first, I could see the game in my list, I could open it but about 2 seconds after opening, it would shut down asking if I owned. It kept doing the same thing after several attempts. So i uninstalled to reinstall, but after uninstalling, it is now nowhere on my console for re-install. I have tried everything. I have run all the updates and troubleshoots etc etc. The game is simply not there anymore. Any help will be appreciated. TIA

The first thing you will want to check is that you are logged into the actual account that was used to purchase the game. (physical copies will not carry a digital license as well)

Now, the good news is, Microsoft provides all of their players with a fully detailed list of purchases that have been made through the lifespan of the account. At no time will our purchase history be altered and at no time will purchases be removed.

Can you please let me know what the status of your purchase shows up as?

Yes it is there on the list, I have de purchase number. I just logged in , it's the first day with my xbox, I don't think that relogin will solve this issue.

Would you please check your purchase history in Microsoft Account Order History just to make sure that you own the game. If so, I would recommend removing your account and make sure that you are signed using the correct account.

GTA V is not backwards compatible. So it won't show to download on the Series S. You would need the One version. You may want to check here to see if the other games you're looking at should work.

First, reset the store:

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Restart your PC.

Then, please, open the Microsoft Store on your computer.

Then, click on Library > Games.

On the far right corner, click on the drop-down menu and uncheck "Show only installed Apps".
