    Can't find my new game


    I bought my first game digitally, from Walmart and used the code to download the game to my microsoft account (on my computer). I didn't realize I could use the code inside the xbox itself. So, now I can't figure out how to get the game from my MS account into my xbox? Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.

    As long as you're signed into the same account on the console, you should see the game listed as ready to install in your Full Library under Games and Apps. Alternatively, you should be able to look the game up on the store on the console and it'll give the option to install. If you have the console set as your Home, it should automatically install and may just be listed in your Games and Apps already.

    It is extremely important to sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to redeem the game's prepaid code. To download and install a game on Windows 10, kindly perform the following steps:

    1. Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
    2. On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
    3. In the Store, select Games from the menu.
    4. Look for the game and select Install to download and install it.

    I tried all of above and the game is not there. Amazon is showing it bought and XBOX is saying it's been redeemed! But where to?

    Someone's advice and/or suggestions would be appreciated!
