    Hello! I cant find my IPTV provider in OneGuide. I posted a message about customer service, but a month passed and nothing has changed. How do I add a provider to the list?

    OneGuide in Germany, but VODAFONE TV is missing?

    After the update today i try to set up my iptv box form ISP Vodafone call Vodafone Tv Center 1000.

    I can choose my Tv and Cablebox (Vodafone TVCenter1000) without problems, BUT when I insert my postcode I only can choose between Astra, HD+, KabelBW (a small regional cable provider), Kabel Deutschland(taken over by Vodafone a few months ago), a couple
    of others and Telekom Entertain (beside Vodafone the only other iptv provider and biggest Vodafone TV competitor )

    I cannot choose my iptv provider and now I am very frustrated!

    Is this a sign Vodafone shut down there IPTV service or did Microsoft just forget one of the two biggest ISP in Germany?

    Is there a exclusive joint venture with the Telekom?

    Will I ever enjoy the OneGuide with Vodafone even if German TV is ..... necni

    IPTV HD Channels Not Showing Up on OneGuide

    I have Bristol Tennessee Electric Services IPTV cable service. Everything works great except all the channels above channel 836 do not show up in the OneGuide. I can get to them with the cable box remote but not through OneGuide. These seem to be the
    channels that are exclusive to the IPTV service they provide. It looks like the xbox simply needs a way to get updated lineup information from BTES. I need to know how to get this resolved.

    I chatted with tech support and they sent me here. Thanks for any help!

    What is the best IPTV service provider for XBOX?

    While I personally don’t use IPTVtune, I would make sure you do your research on the subject before you make a decision.

    A great place to ask is the IPTV Subreddit! They will be able to answer your questions and help you find a great provider.

    I'm trying to set up my OneGuide with my Bell Aliant FibreOp. No matter what postal code I enter it tells me "We could not find any providers in your area." I have no problem watching tv, but I can't get the OneGuide to get past that stupid postal code
    issue.

    try rebooting your device. I also had the same problem but after rebooting the xbox I had it fixed up

    If you have an issue with your OneGuide channels being incorrect, please go to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem and fill out the form! This will get to us and we'll work on it. :D
