    Can't find my game on games and app section.


    Hello all

    I just bought GTA V recently then i head to my xbox console and i never found the game in the games and app section or right side where it says ready to install :/ , i have checked it twice and i checked my payments and payment is completed and still no
    games on my xbox console .

    can't find downloaded games

    as of a couple days ago my downloaded games are not showing up in the games app section. Game to be downloaded are there, but can't find the ones already downloaded. I can go onto the store and still play them, but just can't find them. Any suggestions?

    Can't find the games with gold section anymore on my xbox one and are there demos for any games to download from the store at all?

    Sorry to hear it. Please head to the Store and find the game there. You should be able to initiate the Install from there. If you still have issues then please give phone support a call as stated above.

    You should be able to find the game in my games and apps. If it's not showing try looking in the owned games section in Full Library, which is also in my games and apps.
