Can't find my downloaded games in games and apps

This is really frustrating i cant play any of my games

Can't find downloaded game

My daughter downloaded a game using a scratchcard which came in the box with her new Xbox, but we can't find it on the system and can't download it again as it has already been downloaded. Does anybody have any ideas please? Thanks.

 

Where's destiny gone??

I payed for and downloaded destiny only to find it isn't in my games and apps but it is in my recently downloaded list. I went back to the store and it tells me I have downloaded it. So my question is this..... where has the game gone???

 

Can you provide more information? For instance did you just switch from the xbox 360 to the xbox one. Have you had the xbox one for a while and all of a sudden all the downloaded games are gone for some reason.

If you just switched, you have to download those games again, if they are backwards compatible. However, if they are not, then you will either have to buy them again, or wait until they are added to backwards compatibility.

I cannot help, unfortunately, if all of the games had suddenly "disappeared" Although the people here: www.google.com/url will gladly assist you if this is the case.

 

i have had my Xbox one for a while and they suddenly disappeared from my library i tried downloading a new game and it also didn't appear there

Please try and carry out a console restart to see if this resolves your issue.

To restart the console highlight settings in the guide on the left and then use the option to restart the console, If this does not work then try again but this time press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the
console has powered down unplug the power brick from the electric for 5 minutes.

Alright jack. It is possible that a corrupted file caused this, and clearing your system cache would fix the problem if this is the case. to do this use this guide:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

3. Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

4. Plug the power cable back into the console.

5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

6. Turn on the console using the power button.
