    Can't find movies on microsoft account


    I am on microsoft sight on my phone and would like to view movies I purchased on my Xbox one. Where are they are they accessible with Xbox app or microsoft sight?

    I've been trying to play a previously purchased (from Microsoft, via the Movies & TV app) movie on my xbox one, and am met with the following error message:

    "Can't play.

    To play premium content, please ensure your build of Windows is signed with the official Microsoft Windows Production certificate.

    0xc33607d9"

    I can't find any documentation anywhere about this error code. I tried following the steps outlined in: Troubleshoot Movies & TV | Xbox One,
    to no avail.

    help help/suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Movies/tv app won't snap anymore

    The Microsoft movies app used to snap on my Xbox One. Ever since an update earlier this year it doesn't!! Did they change this or is there something wrong with mine??? Can't find anything online pertaining to this

    Hey there, bradacus!

    You should be able to view your movie and TV purchases on the
    Commerce     site. However, on the console, you can also launch up the Movies & TV app. The first thing that loads should be your purchases. If they aren't showing up there, they could have been bought by another account on the console; you'll want to check
    those the same way as above.

    However, if you are certain that you bought them on this account and cannot find them, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat to have them look into your purchases and entitlements. They should be able to sort everything out for you.

    Please let me know if you have any other concerns! I'm happy to get you pointed in the right direction if necessary. Can't find movies on microsoft account :)

    purchased movie wont play.

    Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Go to My Movies, locate the movie, swipe up and select Delete. Then press download. If you can't find the movie in My Movies, search for it, then press download.

    I can't find the "Shrek The Third" Picture pack on the marketplace

    Generally movie themed pics are only available for a limited time. If you can't find it, then it's probably been delisted.

    No option to buy content in Movies and TV

    I've tried re-adding my account. I've tried reinstalling the Movies & TV app. I've tried unplugging my Xbox and restarting everything. I can't purchase anything in the Movies section of the Store in the new update. I can see it for purchase in the Movies
    & TV app...but every time I try to purchase it...it just reverts back to the "buy now in HD" message. Now download begins and I can't buy movies. So...for right now I'm stuck watching Netflix, HuluPlus or Amazon Prime. I suppose I should post this in the
    preview section since I'm a member of the preview...but I can't find where to post in that specific group.
