Can’t find Minecraft confirmation email or order history

When I purchased Minecraft, it prompt me to create a Microsoft account to link it with, which is the one I am using now. I am 100% sure this email is linked when I purchased Minecraft but it does not appear under my Microsoft account order history.

May we ask if the new Microsoft account associated with the email address you use to buy Minecraft? If this is not found in your order history with the new Microsoft account then it might be that this is not the link account when you purchase the game. Did you only find the email confirmation of your Minecraft game order? Isn't it showing or available on your account order history here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?

If it's not on your account order history, it's possible that it was purchased using a different account. An order confirmation email could be sent to any email you have on your billing information.

I suggest that you check your other email addresses or accounts.

Please confirm if you have the Minecraft game license by signing your account to account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > go to Order History > then from there, find the Minecraft game purchase.

If the Minecraft game license can't be found there, which means it was purchased on a different account.

Kindly try to sign in to your other email addresses on account.microsoft.com and try to find the Minecraft game license under the Order History.
