Can't find Master Pack Content

    Can't find Master Pack Content


    I had purchased the Minecraft Master Pack from my son awhile back. Today he was having problems connecting with the game, it asked if we owned the game and it took us to the gamepass site and for some reason he purchased the basic version of the game.
    now, he has his worlds but not his skins or minecoins. How do I get this back? It still shows the minecoins and skins on our laptop.

    Another thing, I can't seem to find the standlone game on the Microsoft Store, only the Starter and Master pack, and I wonder if Minecraft: Windows 10 being removed from the store and being replaced by the packs is causing this issue (as the purchase would be on a invalid item)

    Hit something on dash board now showing kids content only

    are you the master account on a family pack? There is an option to change the content for all the tags it's the last tab in the my community section.

    Difference between Micecraft Packages (Xbox One)

    Minecraft with Explorers Pack is Minecraft with the explorer pack (5 most popular content packs)

    Minecraft Master Collection is Minecraft with 1000 in game currency, starter pack and creators pack

    Minecraft is just Minecraft

    You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

    I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first

    The titanfall game from disc and all its map packs

    COD AW and all its map packs and content

    Halo master chief collection.

    And XBL support? They tried telling me to contact the devlopers... Because that is the issue, per their expertise.

    have to be purchased separately, this has stung me before on other games.
