Can't find game I just purchased on Xbox website

hi everyone. I am new to Xbox. The kids just got one from Santa. I just purchased a backwards compatible game digitally on the xbox website via my iPad and I can't get it to show up on the Xbox. It is not showing in the ready to install section as it says
it should be. If anyone could help I would be much appreciated.

Where would I find DLC to purchase from the website on xbox one games? I've purchased DR3 and want to purchase additional content, but can't find it. Also, is it possible to purchase DLC through smartglass if I'm not connected to my console and away from
home?

How do I find the download queue on the console to find a game that I purchased on the website?

account.microsoft.com/.../orders

You may be prompted to log in; however, that will show all purchases made by the authenticated account. What title was it?

Also, I've experienced a delay from time to time for a digital copy of a BC game appearing in my ready to install section. It usually shows up before too long. I've also had luck with doing a hard reset (press the lighted Xbox logo on the console for around
10 seconds until it turns off, wait 60 seconds then press the logo again to start it up).

 

Thanks munkyxtc. I tried restarting which didnt work but it showed up a couple of hours later so all good now. Thanks again for your help.

 

I purchased the demo of Sonic for xbox 360. It shows online in my download queue for 360. On my Xbox one there is nothing in the download queue. I would like to get this to work before paying for the full version. Any suggestion.

We have already tried turning the console off overnight.

 

Hello carlislemom2003,

360 demos of titles are not backwards compatible with the Xbox One. If you wish to play Sonic, you will need to purchase the full game title as that is what is backwards compatible.
