Can’t find friends after switching to new device

    Can’t find friends after switching to new device


    My three kids all played minecraft together but one switched to a new decive. We logged him in and his gamertag is found but we cant find his siblings when we search for their gamertags. They are all on my microsoft account and none of the settings have
    been changed. Any advice?

    I've made a new account on xbox and I already has some friends.

    The account was made after my son logged out of his we were trying to find the email address attached to his Xbox account. After I made new account we realised that my sons account that we can’t remember the password for is acually a friend or follower of the new account. Sorry I’m new to all this so don’t know much.

    You get 5 switches per 12 month period which is more than enough unless you are abusing the system somehow,like sharing with friends.

    You can select Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

    If not then you will have to wait until a new switch becomes available.
