Cant find downloaded games

Hi Please Help, I have recently bought my son a XBOX One and downloaded the minecraft games it came with via the supplied code. The games show as recently downloaded on the page where downloads are qued but they not available on the game selection page.
I have tried to download them again but it says the code has already been used. Please help. Thank You.

Since you got a new console, you'd need to do a license transfer

If you're using a different profile than the one that originally downloaded the content then you'd need to have the original profile on the console and run the license transfer through that.

I downloaded a few arcade games and i switched consoles while recovering my profile onto that console. now i when i go to downloaded history it says arcade trail but i have achievements for those arcade games. i switched consoles over a year ago but i did
switch my gamertag about the same time i switched consoles. help plz

Look in the ready to install section of the my games and app tab.

It should be there.

Well two things has your physical location since you purchased rhe dlc

have you recently use the migration tool

if your account region and actual region doesnt match you cant download then as they are region locked

so if you used the migration tool you cant get it back till 3months and only if you are physically in the correct region

No one who has downloaded the game successfully is going to find this forum. Because there not having this problem. I like everyone else cant download the game. 10% then a message says i cant download it. :-/

Hi i have same problem but i cant find it anywhere ? Not in my game store and i cant find it on xbox but here i can so what is this o_O

and i have downloaded it but nothing and it says already downloaded so i cant try again and i cant delete it lol it is
