can't find downloaded games

as of a couple days ago my downloaded games are not showing up in the games app section. Game to be downloaded are there, but can't find the ones already downloaded. I can go onto the store and still play them, but just can't find them. Any suggestions?

Can't find downloaded game

My daughter downloaded a game using a scratchcard which came in the box with her new Xbox, but we can't find it on the system and can't download it again as it has already been downloaded. Does anybody have any ideas please? Thanks.

Hi

If you have an external hard drive then it may simply be that the console has been set to only show the internal hard drive. If this is the case then in the top left corner of My games and apps will be a little pull down menu where you can select between
them.

If what I suggested above does not work please carry out a hard reset of the console, After this you could try deleting your profile from the console and re installing it.

Yeah,free games like Star Trek Online,Neverwinter,World of Tanks etc. are the best way to improve your rep.

They are all mmo's so you will be playing on the same servers as other people but just not matchmaking.

It's not showing up in you're purchase history, are you completely sure you bought it with the Microsoft account you're now using on your Xbox? Have you played it before, maby you really did buy the DLC back then? For everything you buy in the store you
should also have an transaction e-mail. If you still have that you could contact support and show them the transaction e-mail.
