    Can’t find Day One Xbox One Achievement


    I purchased my Xbox One at launch and redeemed my Day One Achievement. A few years have passed and I can’t seem to find that achievement. I wanted to pin it on my home page and I believe that it also came with a theme. How can I find this achievement on
    my Xbox One?

    I have owned Xbox one since day one and I did enter the code for the day one achievement, and yesterday I wanted to show case that achievement but could not find it anywhere and I even tried re-entering the code and still nothing, can't find it anywhere.

    Well I have contacted support three times and still no resolution. I can’t find anything that has helped. Can’t believe after buying BC games through my Xbox One console and xbox.com for years that all of a sudden I loose the function with no explaination....giving
    it a few more days before I call it quits. I would hate to give up after having every Xbox console and enjoying them all but if I can’t use one of the main selling points (BC) then I’m done I guess.
