Can't find classic San Andreas on my download history

Hello, i used to play GTA San Andreas classic on my XBOX 360. Yesterday formated my HDD and today can't download the game. I can't find it on my download history. I only see the HD edition but i do not want to pay again.

How can i recover the game?

San Andreas marketplace download 'disc read error' message

Did they take San andreas off the marketplace? I can't find the download option.

 

Content missing from download history and unable to re-download from searching marketplace

I purchased GTA San Andreas (classic) about 2 years ago, I switched from the xbox fat to xbox slim and wanted to re-download it (after hearing about the new HD upgrade) and it's missing from my download history. Any help?

PS. I am on the gamertag i used to purchase it and i cant see any other missing content.

 

According to these sources (here,

here), it seems the "classic" (or Xbox Originals) version of GTA:SA was removed from the Marketplace back in Late October 2014, and completely replaced with the HD version for the Xbox 360.

You will need to find a disc of the classic Xbox version to play it again, as it can't be downloaded from the Marketplace anymore.

If you purchased the classic version as a digital download, I'd check if you have a receipt of the purchase anywhere (like your email or Microsoft account order history), and take it up with 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Maybe they'll work something out for you, like
store credit or something to recompense you. Hopefully.
