Can't find 'Ark: Survival evolved' anywhere in the shop?

So I really want to buy this game and play it but I never seem to be able to find it while others can

Maybe some points that could clarify anything?

1) I'm from The Netherlands. I heard some other people having that issue here too but I saw alot of Dutch people playing the game too (so a bit contradicting). I saw no articles about it not being availble in The Netherlands and all the Dutch articles said
it would be avaible on december 13th.

2) I do see the link for it in the xbox one shop when I google it but they give me an error screen saying it's either moved or deleted

3) I tried searching for it on my regular xbox one too. Besides from some Evolve DLC I get no results when I try searching on ARK.

I really have no clue but I'd like to pick up the game on my xbox now , Does anyone have any idea whats going on and how I can get to see it?

If you are on the fence about ARK: Survival Evolved now might be the time to buy as the studio is in court

Trendy Entertainment is suing Wildcard (developer of ARK) claiming game designer Jeremy Stieglitz worked on the game while he was still with them, and apparently had a non-competition clause in his contract.

Essentially this could see the game pulled from sale, and potentially even shutdown completely

Can an already bought game on xbox, become a pc game in anyway?

since i can't put everything in the title, here's the basis.

Can a disk game, bought from a store like EB games, that's on the Xbox play anywhere list, (but not bought from Xbox play anywhere) be transferred into an Xbox play anywhere game? Or someway to use keyboard on mouse on an Xbox game
that's already got support both on PC and console. (like ark survival evolved, but a second hand from EB games, but only now found out its on Xbox play anywhere, and i wish to play it both on console and PC, interchangeably, also not just ark survival evolved,
any other game where i made a decision too quickly)

So unfortunately the problem is that the game is not available for download in the Netherlands. The game is part of the Game Preview programme, which has not been fully rolled out yet, and so Ark: Survival Evolved, and other games in Game Preview, are only
available for download in regions where Game Preview has been introduced.

I know this is definitely not the answer you want to hear, but I hope it helps clarify what's going on.
