    Hello...I live in Honduras, and I have been trying to buy some games (Life is strange, Outlast, Mortal Kombat ) but I can't find them, I recently bought gears of war 4 and had no problems, I don't know what is going on.

    Also, I can find the games for the x360 (For example Life is strange shows up) this is happening only for the xbox one, when I do the search I get no results. Is this content not available for me on my country?

    PST: Im looking the store from my web browser, since I can't get the store for my country on the Xbox one. and Im not able to buy games from the store of another country because my payment method doesn't show up (ofc my Card is for Honduras)

    Can't Buy anything on the store

    Hey,

    So I bought the EA Access thing to get the 10% en Fifa but I can't buy it... I tried Gift Card and it doesn't work.. I tried with Paypal, debit card, credit card.. Through xbox one, Mac osx, windows 10, windows 8.1, Android..

    So now I got this EA Access but not the game I wanted.. What should I do? I tried calling but after 30min waiting they hang up.

    Buying digital xbox one games from the console but I’m not from the US.

    Then you can't do anything about it. If your country is not supported, you can't buy in Microsoft store, So sorry.

    Sorry but even if you used another country the download reads your IP address to find out where you really are. Some content is only allowed in certain regions. This is due mainly to governmental policy. You should see if there's anything you can do on
    your end to change this.
