    Can't find any wireless connections


    Hi, my son's xbox one can't locate any wireless connections. We have checked the wifi and it is working on all other devices. We have checked the devices are still picking up the wifi right next to the xbox and all looks ok. Does anyone have any suggestions
    about why this may be happening?

    Error message and can't find wireless connection

    can't connect to wireless connection at all yet internet works on everything else except Xbox one

    If I don't have the adapter plugged into the console, it can't find my wireless network. I just get a message saying "To use a wireless internet connection, connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to your console."

    1. I have tried a hard-wired connection as well as a wireless connection

    2. There is nothing to screen shot, just the error message, which is constant

    3. Other headsets don't work either

    4. If I don't connect any headset, it just says that it can't find a microphone.
