Can't Find any Ark Survival Evolved Servers and Can't Connect to any

Hello,

Since last night 11pm (in France and probably elsewhere), no official ARK servers are coming up (tab "official dedicated ARKS"). I'm not the only one: https://downdetector.com/status/ark/

I noticed that my version is 961.2, but when you go to the ARK website, it's 961.3 that's online. (XBOX on Windows: https://ark-france.fr/patch-notes-ark-fr/ )

When I go to the microsoft store and click on my library, where ARK is, I click on "Get updates", it takes 10 seconds and nothing happens. I can also launch the game from the XBOX application (I'm on windows 11) and when I click on ARK then the 3 dots "..." then "Manage" then "Files" and finally on the "Search for updates" button, nothing happens.

Can you please take a look?

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem you're unable to connect or find any servers for Ark Survival Evolved. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I recommend doing is checking to see if the game is up to
date. After verifying the game is up to date and is unable to connect to the servers then definitely the next best thing to do would be to uninstall and reinstall the game. I hope this information was helpful.
