Can’t find an app which Microsoft is compatible with?

Hi all,

i hope somebody can help me! I just signed up to starz play hoping to be able to download this app onto my xbox one. When i went onto the microsoft store via my xbox and searched for this nothing came up. On my phone i decided to look on the microsoft website
to see if this app is actually compatable with Xbox One, and microsoft is telling me that it is and the app is available to download onto my xbox. This is reallt frustrating as i dont know whether the website is wrong and it doesnt offer this app, or whether
my xbox is just not showing it for some reason.

Any advice for someone who doesn’t have the punchcard in their Microsoft rewards app? I can’t find it to activate it

I would like to ask, where are you physically located? Your country.

The Microsoft rewards app is not available in all countries, if you installed the app before, you can reinstall it by:

A. Opening the Microsoft store and searching for the app there.

B. Go to my apps and games > full library > owned apps.
